I had a fantastic stay at Waveney in Belfast! The host, Arty, was cute and walked me through all the amenities in the beautiful house. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped, and the spacious bedrooms werevery comfy and tidy. The house also had a huge garden, perfect for relaxing. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, like the two pillows provided for each guest. Although I only stayed for one night, I would definitely recommend Waveney as a great option for friends and families visiting Belfast.
One minor inconvenience was the absence of sugar for my tea, which I found a bit strange. the large chest of drawers in the main bedroom made it a bit difficult to navigate around the bed.

The room at Waveney in Belfast was absolutely stunning! It had a stylish and cozy vibe that made me feel right at home. The bed linen was soft and comfy, and the bathroom was fitted with a refreshing shower. As a vegetarian, I appreciated that there were plenty of nearby restaurants serving delicious plant-based options.
Personally, I found the presence of two bathrooms a bit excessive for my needs. But hey, that's just my preference!

the modern kitchen with plenty of bench space and a nice dining area was perfect for preparing and enjoying our meals. the comfortable lounge and bedroom provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the washer was a great convenience, and the yard at the back with the outdoor clothesline was a lovely touch. the fridge was well-stocked and everything was fresh and unopened. Having toilets both upstairs and downstairs was a bonus. Our host was incredibly welcoming, meeting us onsite to hand over the keys and show us around. We felt right at home and would definitely use Waveney Villa as a base for future visits. Cons: All good 👍.

The kitchen was amazing, with a modern design and plenty of space for cooking. We also appreciated the comfortable beds, which made our stay cozy. the location was great, with easy access to all parts of the city. Another advantage was the well-stocked fridge, which had fresh supplies waiting for us.
There were a few drawbacks to our romantic escape. the overpowering air fresheners in the house made both me and my partner feel ill, forcing us to move them out of the way.

Loved hiking nearby and cozy dining area with fireplace. The property was conveniently close to music venues and attractions, like the Titanic. Handy for getting around.
Air fresheners were overpowering. Too many trinkets, had to use spare curtains as blankets, and no normal glasses in kitchen, only wine glasses.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all parts of the city. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. the garden was also a nice touch, with beautiful plants and fruit trees to enjoy.
The lack of a clear guide on how things worked and the absence of basic supplies like tea bags and salt made the stay a bit inconvenient.
